Is this actually accepted by the government?
Our AI checks your photo against the ICAO 9303 standard and the national rules of your country, the same rules a professional photographer follows. If the authority rejects the photo we delivered, send us the rejection notice and we refund in full.
How is this different from taking a photo at home with a ruler?
The photo needs millimeter-precise cropping (the head must fall inside a narrow range set by your country), specific background color per country, neutral expression detection, and print-ready DPI. Our AI handles all of this automatically. Getting it right by hand is hard.
What if my photo doesn't pass the AI check?
Retakes are free until you pay. Take as many shots as you need until you are happy with one.
Do I need any special equipment?
Just your phone's camera and decent indoor lighting. You can also use your laptop webcam or upload an existing photo.
How long until I receive printed photos?
With Print & Ship, our print partner prints your photos and sends them by post. The delivery time and carrier for your country are on the price card, and you see them again before you pay.
What happens to my photos after I use the service?
To check and crop your photo, it goes to our server and our AI processors. The photo files we store are deleted automatically after 30 days, and a copy stays in your browser until you clear the site data. We never sell data or train AI on your photos. The privacy policy lists every service involved.
Can I use this for a visa application?
Yes, we support visa-specific photo dimensions where they differ from regular passport rules, including Schengen visa and Chinese visa formats.
What if I need photos for multiple family members?
