Common questions
When does the clock start?
Delivery windows count business days from production — we print within 24 hours of payment, so add roughly one day to the windows above for total time from order to doorstep.
Can I get tracking?
Yes — every printed order ships tracked. The tracking number arrives in a separate email when the carrier scans your parcel for the first time, typically within 24 hours of dispatch.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days past the window above, reply to your confirmation email and we'll either re-ship or refund — your choice. No questions asked.
Is shipping refundable?
Shipping fees are refunded along with the product cost when the government rejects your photo (full money-back guarantee). For voluntary returns under EU 14-day withdrawal, only the product cost is refunded; shipping is non-refundable in that case.
Why is shipping more than the photo in some countries?
We use national carriers and tracked services in every market. On smaller-volume routes (e.g. Argentina, India) the floor for tracked international delivery is high — we don't inflate product price to mask shipping. The digital download remains the cheapest path everywhere.
