Bulgarian passport photo: office or registered photographer
For a Bulgarian passport or ID card the photo is taken at the office, or by a registered photographer if the office cannot. Self-made photos are not accepted.
The office or a registered photographer takes the photo
For a Bulgarian passport or identity card (лична карта) the photo is taken on site at an office that has the equipment for it. Where it does not, the photo must come from a photographer who is registered for this, according to the Ministry of Interior rules on mvr.bg. A photo you take yourself is not accepted.
Foto2Pass cannot help with this one, and we do not sell a Bulgarian passport or ID card photo.
What to do
- Ask your МВР office whether it takes the photo itself.
- If it does not, go to a registered photographer before your appointment.
